How do I receive compensation for damage?

Simply report the damage within 7 days of delivery. Send damage photos, invoice and tracking information. After review, our team transfers the approved compensation to your bank account within 30 days.

Is there special insurance for fragile items?

Yes, special insurance rates apply for fragile items (glass, ceramics, electronics). The Electronics and Appliances category is insured at 2.0%, while Art and Antiques at 3.0%. We also minimize damage risk with our professional packaging service.
