Service Description

KolayParsiyel provides partial cargo shipping services, including but not limited to:

• Domestic and international cargo transportation
• Online quote generation and booking
• Shipment tracking services
• Customer support

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Properly package your cargo according to our guidelines
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner
• Not ship prohibited or restricted items

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment:

• Hazardous materials without proper documentation
• Illegal substances or contraband
• Perishable items without proper arrangements
• Items that may cause damage to other cargo
• Items exceeding size and weight limitations

Liability and Insurance

Our liability is limited to the declared value of your shipment or the amount paid for shipping, whichever is lower. Additional insurance coverage is available for purchase.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, customs delays, or force majeure events.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Late payments may result in service suspension.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made before pickup. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
